  • Electrical upgrades, crane time, roof curb changes, or asbestos abatement are not assumed unless written in.
  • Capacity uses a simple estimating proxy. Replace with actual tonnage or manufacturer submittals before final pricing.
  • Line set, condensate, and return-air corrections often expand after field verification.
  • EPA 608 and refrigerant handling rules must be followed by qualified personnel.
  • Title 24 and local energy rules can change required controls, insulation, or equipment thresholds.
